Roles and Responsibilities


1. Market Expansion:
  • Identify potential target markets and segments in the vehicle conversion sector. 
  • Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy for the introduction of our products. 

2. Partner Development 
  • Build a network of conversion and distribution partners on a national and regional level. 
  • Initiate and maintain collaborations to ensure an efficient value chain. 

3. Direct Sales and Territory Development
  • Identify and tap into promising areas for direct sales. 
  • Implement direct sales structures and monitor on-site sales activities. 
  • Creating 3D designs of the solution for customers / Train installation partners on working with the 3D design software 

4. Sales 
  • Develop initial key accounts in collaboration with the project team at the headquarters.

5. Market Research and Analysis 
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the market to identify new trends and opportunities. 
  • Derive recommendations based on market analyses and competitive studies. 

6. Budget Responsibility 
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities. 

7. Customer Relationship Building 
  • Establish long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners, including fleet managers, leasing companies, and vehicle manufacturers/importers. 
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 
  • Keeping the CRM system up-to-date

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, preferably in the vehicle installations or a related sector. 
  • Solid knowledge in sales, marketing, and partnership development.
  • Experience in budget planning and management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and self-responsible work approach.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and potentially internationally.
